ICSE 2026 Submission and Registration Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

i) \u00a0All papers submitted to the\u00a0ICSE 2026 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size<\/strong>); you can download the template on the website\u00a0\u00a0(ICSE2026-template-Initial)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0for initial submission\u00a0without author(s) and affiliation(s)<\/strong><\/em>. Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Double-Blind Review Checklist:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Eliminate acknowledgements and references to funding sources;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Use the third person to refer to the author\u2019s own work;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ensure figures do not contain any affiliation-related identifier (e.g. logos on hardware or in IC layouts);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Depersonalize the work by using anonymous text where necessary;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Remove or depersonalize citations to authors\u2019 unpublished work;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Remove references to patents filed by authors or their institutions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    ii)\u00a0All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference papers submission system\u00a0https:\/\/edas.info\/N32382<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0It is suggested that you use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    iii) All regular and invited papers are limited to four <\/strong>pages.<\/strong> Authors may upload longer manuscripts up to a maximum of four (4) pages total. However, each page over four (4) will incur an additional charge of 100 USD<\/strong>. Our EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    iv) When you submit your manuscript, the similarity<\/em><\/strong> score should be less than 30%, <\/em><\/strong>according to the conference regulation. If your paper fails to comply with the regulation, it will not be reviewed and excluded from the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    v) The decision regarding the papers\u2019 acceptance is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short and review type manuscripts are not considered<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    vi) To facilitate the paper\u2019s double-blind peer-review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors\u2019 identities do not appear anywhere in the text body of the paper<\/em>. (for the first submission, follow the initial paper template)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
