Access to the IEEE-ICSE 2016 is subject to registration. Author registration payment must be made by August 1st, 2016; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings. Authors who make their payment by June 30th, 2016 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

Student Early Bird/Student Normal Registration - Included: 1 (one) papers, CD Proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunches.

**All regular and invited papers are limited to four (4) pages. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of five (5) pages total. However, each page in excess of four will incur an additional charge of RM100 (USD20).

Payment can be made through EDAS for International/Local participants. Go to (http://edas.info/N14409)
All payment using credit card can only be done through EDAS portal (http://edas.info/N14409).

Official Receipts & Certificate of Participation
The official receipts for payment will be issued during the Conference at Registration Desk. Each attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation based on the original registration (person who paid and registered). The NAME PRINTED ON THE CERTIFICATE WILL BE BASED ON THE EDAS REGISTRATION, THE SECRETARIAT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPELLING WHATSOEVER. Any changes without prior notification (due date: July 25, 2016) will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at USD 20 for international participants/address and RM 50 per certificate for local participants/address.
Additional certificates for co-authors who are not present will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at USD 20 per certificate. Certificate of presentation is normally not issued but maybe requested at a cost of USD 20 per certificate for international participants/address and RM 50 for local participants/address.
