ICSE 2026 Submission and Registration Policies
i) All papers submitted to the ICSE 2026 must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size); you can download the template on the website (ICSE2026-template-Initial) for initial submission without author(s) and affiliation(s). Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection.
Double-Blind Review Checklist:
- Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else;
- Eliminate acknowledgements and references to funding sources;
- Use the third person to refer to the author’s own work;
- Ensure figures do not contain any affiliation-related identifier (e.g. logos on hardware or in IC layouts);
- Depersonalize the work by using anonymous text where necessary;
- Remove or depersonalize citations to authors’ unpublished work;
- Remove references to patents filed by authors or their institutions.
ii) All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference papers submission system https://edas.info/N32382 It is suggested that you use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
iii) All regular and invited papers are limited to four pages. Authors may upload longer manuscripts up to a maximum of four (4) pages total. However, each page over four (4) will incur an additional charge of 100 USD. Our EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.
iv) When you submit your manuscript, the similarity score should be less than 30%, according to the conference regulation. If your paper fails to comply with the regulation, it will not be reviewed and excluded from the conference.
v) The decision regarding the papers’ acceptance is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short and review type manuscripts are not considered.
vi) To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer-review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text body of the paper. (for the first submission, follow the initial paper template)
